The Cangelosi Dance Project Holiday Nutcracker under Artistic Director/Choreographer Kris Cangelosi will be held December 20th with two shows 1pm and 4pm held at Brown-Holt Theatre in Baton Rouge. LA. This year we have invited professional ballerina from Ballet Spartanburg Maddie Kucensky to perform Sugar Plum Fairy, and professional danc
The Cangelosi Dance Project Holiday Nutcracker under Artistic Director/Choreographer Kris Cangelosi will be held December 20th with two shows 1pm and 4pm held at Brown-Holt Theatre in Baton Rouge. LA. This year we have invited professional ballerina from Ballet Spartanburg Maddie Kucensky to perform Sugar Plum Fairy, and professional dancer Daniel Therrien to perform Russian. Returning as our Uncle Drosslmeyer will be performed by Jeremy Wesley. Additional professional dancers who are past students of Kris Cangelosi are Angelique Francois performing mechanical doll and Arabian, Courtney David as the party maid and the Guardian Angel, Nicole Crochet performing party maid and Mother Ginger. Emmy Wesley will be playing the featured solo role Clara while Mary Bowman Staples will be playing her little sister Grace. Cangelosi has also invited pre-professional dancers Leila Pitcovich as Angel Queen and Olivia Burns soloist for Spanish.
