Rachel Monteleone

Second season with Cangelosi Dance Project and student of Cangelosi with the Giacobbe Academy of Dance for the past ten years. Rachel has trained under the Giacobbe Academy in New Orleans for 15 years and performed in the Youth Ballet, and Delta Festival Ballet. She study at Oklahoma City University as a dance  performance major for two years and intensive summer study at the Broadway Dance Center in 2008. She studied intensively with Joshua Bergasse and Sheila Barker. Currently attending LSU with a focus in theatre, film and English; Rachel recently performed at the Tulane Summer Lyric and performed in the productions Mame, Music Man and Tintinabula in Forum. Rachel is triple talent in ballet, contemporary and tap and we are happy to have on her on the CDP faculty.

Victoria Pourciau

The is her 6th performance season with Cangelosi Dance Project where she has been given the opportunity to perform with the Company in Palm Springs, CA, Columbia, SC, Huntsville, AL, New Orleans, LA, Chicago, IL, and several cities in Louisiana. Victoria has been recognized by several master teachers by being a company member including a summer scholarship to Giordano Dance Center, Arizona Jazz Workshops, NYCDA, and performed in choreographer's work sponsored by CDP including Jason Parsons, Susan Quinn-Williams, Paul Appleman, Terrance Henderson, and Irene Rampino. She has studied additional master classes with CDP including Nan Giordano, Michael Williams, Jon Lehrer and Erin Healan. In addition to teaching at the Cangelosi Dance Project; she is a faculty member for her mother's dance school in New Iberia; Desiree's L'ecole de danse.
