Main Stage Performance: Cangelosi Dance Project Company is the professional company that performs three main stage shows a year in a venue of 300 or more seats per show. The student companies entails the advanced I, II and student’s dancers who train and rehearse under Cangelosi as well as guest artists to perform works in contemporary and classical forms. All tickets are sold through the performing venue box office or the Cangelosi Dance Project office. Main Stage shows are the Holiday Mix Musical Production, Off Balance, and “Summer Splash  Sundays @ 5:00pm Black Box Events: The Cangelosi Dance Project Company, CDP advanced dance II,  and I perform smaller works such as solo or duet for Black box showcases. The 2010-11 performance is held October and March	Annual Spring Fundraiser: Cangelosi Dance Project; a 501(c) 3 non-profit dance organization,  host an annual fundraiser to continue the mission of the company by assisting and providing supplies, choreography, performing artist fees, costumes, rental of theatres, guest artists fees, and other expenses under the operation of the Cangelosi Dance Project. Spring is in the Air is the theme for the fundraiser along with dining, performance, silent auction and other events Free community performances: The Cangelosi Dance Project Company, CDP advanced dance II and I perform free admission shows in the Baton Rouge area for participates who are not able to attend our performances at the ticket cost. CDP continues to promote our mission through other businesses and partner with other organizations such as the Baton Rouge Gallery Sundays @ 4:00pm, The Red Shoes, Women’s Week, East Baton Rouge Parish, festivals, EBR Libraries	Regional Tour: Cangelosi Dance Project Company and CDP advanced II  is invited to perform outside the community for concerts, events, college concerts, festivals, outreach programs, and galas for various themes. Regional tour includes guest performance at the following cities:  Panoply in Huntsville, AL, DramaRama in New Orleans, Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, Delta Festival Ballet Spring concert, Fest-For-All, The Fire and Ice Gala, The Lab in New York City, Dance under the Stars in Palm Springs, CA, to name a few.  Educational Outreach: The Cangelosi Dance Project performs two educational outreach shows called “Jazz Dance through the Ages” and “Contemporary Dance Craze” providing a lecture and dance demonstration on the history, style and movement of each dance topic. Performances are open the school system public and private, and children festivals.
